By booking any of our services, you, as a customer, automatically accept and agree to all terms of service stated on our website. We strongly recommend that you read these terms carefully before making a purchase so that you fully understand your rights and obligations.
Car Rental Terms

We accept all forms of payment: cash, cryptocurrency, bank cards.
To book a car, you need a passport and an international driving license.
No deposit required, we provide cars on a no deposit system.
The daily mileage limit is 250 km, the calculation of 1 km of excess mileage is made depending on the selected car.
Acceleration over 150 km/h and violation of current speed limits on the road are prohibited.
In case of violation of the Traffic Regulations (TR), the client is required to pay a fine of 20 dirhams as government tax. In addition, for the provision of fine closure services, Adal Tours charges an additional fee of 80 dirhams.
In case of violation of the traffic regulations, the fine notification can be received by the company within 30 days of the violation. We provide our clients with professional support and assistance in resolving fine situations, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the process.

The car must be returned with the same level of fuel that was given to the renter at the time of car delivery. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a compensation of up to AED 800. All charges must be paid before or after the return of the car.

You sign a contract under which you undertake to pay all expenses for the period of car rental: • all applicable fees, such as fines, salik, petrol charges, extra kilometres, damage and scratches to the car, smoking in the car, are provided upon return of the car.

Yacht Tour Terms and Conditions
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking. This guarantees your seat during our peak months.
- Your booking is immediately confirmed once payment is made and you will receive boarding details shortly thereafter.
- Trip time changes are subject to yacht availability and must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Trips may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or Coast Guard restrictions.
- A full refund will be given if the Coast Guard deems conditions unsafe for departure. All passengers must present a valid ID or passport prior to travel.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to trip departure.
- You can choose your own route or trust our experienced captains to take you through the best places for an unforgettable journey.
- These include Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Atlantis Hotel, Burj Al Arab and many others.

Helicopter Tours Terms
- Please present your passport/ID upon check-in.
- Tickets are valid for the selected date and time.
- Passenger must arrive at the helipad at least 45 minutes prior to departure time.
- If a passenger arrives after departure time, they will be considered a “no show” and no refund will be given.
- If you cancel after payment, a 100% fee will be charged.
- If the passenger is 7 months pregnant or more, a valid medical certificate from a doctor must be provided confirming that she is safe to fly.🚁
- The maximum passenger weight is 140 kg.
- Children over the age of two are eligible to fly and must purchase their own seat, but cannot sit on an adult's lap.
- Children between the ages of two and 12 cannot fly alone unless accompanied by an adult guardian.
- Commercial photography using iPads, selfie sticks and lenses with a focal length of 400mm is prohibited.
- The passenger must provide his/her own assistance when boarding and disembarking the helicopter.
- Adal Rent reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who fails to comply with safety regulations.
- All flights are subject to weather conditions and visibility.
- Routes may vary due to traffic conditions or other operational or safety considerations.
- Adal Tours reserves the right to use photographs and videos of passengers.
- Photos are not included in the helicopter tour price, but can be purchased at the photo counter.
